All Terrain Endurance offers a variety of programs and clinics to fit individual and group needs and budgets. The athlete-coach relationship is what makes a custom program successful. Prior to engaging in a custom program, Coach KJ encourages all athletes and groups to interview coaches to ensure they're the right fit. This conversation is complementary - please reach out to Coach KJ to schedule time.

Custom Coaching

Looking for a truly custom, one-on-one and personalized experience with a caring coach? Coach KJ is here for you.

Summit Level monthly coaching rate of $180 includes unlimited text and email, a once-weekly scheduled phone call or face-to-face meeting, season-long planning meeting, regular feedback on athlete workouts, regular adjustments to workouts based on athlete schedule, and a premium TrainingPeaks account. 3-month minimum commitment required. 

Ridge Level monthly coaching rate of $160 includes unlimited email, a once-monthly scheduled phone call, season-long planning meeting, weekly feedback on athlete workouts, weekly adjustments to workouts based on athlete schedule, and a premium TrainingPeaks account. 3-month minimum commitment required.

Training Plans

Training plans are straightforward, out-of-the-box programs designed for athletes to utilize on their own. Each plan includes email access to Coach KJ for questions on workouts or help with the program.

Technique Review

Sometimes, all we need is another set of eyes on our form. Coach KJ is available for technique review, including swim form and instruction, cycling skills, and running gait analysis. 

Virtual (recorded) sessions start at $50 / hour.

In-person sessions start at $80 / hour.

Season Consultation

Conceptualized with the experienced athlete in mind, this is perfect for the individual who self-coaches or follows out-of-the-box training plans, but wants input on their choice of races and events for the year. The 45-minute call includes a pre-meeting goal worksheet, review of periodization and race spacing, and a high-level annual training plan following the call. At $40, this is an invaluable sanity check for athletes who prefer to train themselves.
